20 Zatarain’s Rice Mixes are now Certified Gluten Free

Zatarain’s has introduced 20 rice mixes that are now certified gluten free.

Nearly 70% of Zatarain’s rice mixes now feature a gluten-free designation on the front of the product packaging, confirming that each rice mix has been verified and certified gluten-free by the Food Allergy Research and Resource Program (FARRP) at the University of Nebraska. According to Zatarain’s, that certification comes, in part, after the processing lines were inspected and confirmed that there is no cross contamination.

These rice mixes – including favorites like jambalaya, dirty rice and yellow rice – are the same flavorful products people already know and love, but with a certified gluten-free seal. These boxes are new and may take a little while to arrive in your stores. Below is a complete link to each of the certified gluten free mixes with nutritional information included. Note: some mixes contain non-gluten containing soy sauce, which is made from 100% soy beans or non-gluten containing caramel color.
