Adults with Celiac wanted for Celiac Center Study
Adults with celiac disease needed for a research study.
The Celiac Center at BIDMC is working to create a new survey to measure symptoms of celiac disease. This survey may be used in the future to test new treatments for celiac disease.
We are looking for people 18 or older who have biopsy-proven celiac disease who have experienced celiac related symptoms within the last 3 months.
Participants will take an automated phone survey daily for 7 days and take an internet survey twice. This should take about 10 minutes each day.
You will be compensated for your time.
This study is being sponsored by Alvine Pharmaceuticals.

Hello, I am willing to participate in this study, i have Celiac with Dermititis Herpetiformis.
Yours faithfully,
Wendy Seager.
I was diagnosed via blood work. I have very minor-to-no symptoms, except for persistent, unexplained anemia, which prompted the bloodwork. My son (age 14) shows strong signs of celiac or gluten-intolerance.

Please pass it on … that I appreciate being able to participate in the study. I have suffered for over 20 yrs & in Jan/2011 was diagnoised w/CD. What a Relief to put a name to most of the symptoms I’ve had…add to that other sensitivities also. At least now I have a direction to follow.
Appreciate their efforts & please keep up the works of trying to help us all,
Shirl
