Cheeseburger in Paradise adds Gluten Free Bun to Extensive GF Menu
Restaurant Expands Commitment to Providing Delicious, Quality Menu Items for the Growing Gluten-Intolerant Community
This week, Cheeseburger in Paradise becomes one of the first casual dining restaurants to offer a gluten-free hamburger bun to its menu.
“We worked diligently for more than 18 months to bring our gluten-free bun to the menu, making sure that we did not compromise taste or quality”
The gluten-free bun is the latest addition to Cheeseburger in Paradise’s gluten-free menu offerings that includes an array of appetizers, sandwiches, specialty drinks and desserts, as well as gluten-free Red Bridge beer. By late May, guests will be able to enjoy the latest gluten-free bun at all 30 Cheeseburger in Paradise locations.
“We’re very excited to share our gluten-free bun with guests looking for flavorful gluten-free dining options,” said Steve Overholt, President of Paradise Restaurant Group. “To be one of the first in casual dining restaurants with a gluten-free bun reinforces Cheeseburger in Paradise’s commitment to offering innovative menu items that appeal to everyone, including the gluten-free community.”
“We worked diligently for more than 18 months to bring our gluten-free bun to the menu, making sure that we did not compromise taste or quality,” said Cheeseburger in Paradise Executive Chef Tom Kempsey. “And we continue to make sure that from prep to plate, our gluten-free items are properly handled for the well-being of our gluten intolerant guests.”
Also, to help celebrate “Celiac Disease Awareness Month” this May, Cheeseburger in Paradise has partnered with the nonprofit Gluten Intolerance Group® for its annual Chef to Plate Campaign fundraiser. The annual event celebrates restaurants that bring awareness to gluten intolerance and also serve up gluten-free menu items. Any donations made to Gluten Intolerance Group will go toward helping support individuals with gluten intolerance.
