I just posted a review for this product. It’s incredibly disappointing. http://glutenfreefriends.wordpress.com/2011/08/29/product-review-bucket-of-sweets-leaves-a-sour-note/
Hi Jennifer- Thanks so much for your review! I’m sorry you were disappointed with the products. As you noted, I posted the press release under “news” and not “product reviews” since I hadn’t tried it, but I’ll not be posting their news in the future because of your review. Hope your little one has a great experience at school this year!
I was just searching around and saw this from last year, I find it highly disappointing that you would take the word of someone else and decide to not post on this company anymore. I probably will not be reading news from here for any feedback on products. I too were looking for some reviews on the back to school bucket and found some glowing ones, to determine whether I would order it or not for my two sons, I made up my mind to find out for myself instead of listening solely to someone else. This item was GREAT and I have a child who is on the feingold diet as well and two different buckets were made one for my older son and one to meet the needs of my younger son. Other than this blip from someone who had some valid points but seemed to only want to rant I heard nothing but good about this company and people seem to be quite happy including the friends of my sons whose parents have also ordered it for their children. I will definitely be ordering the bucket again and can’t wait to see what will be offered in the upcoming seasons. I’d hope you would change your mind about writing off this company, they as i understand are still growing because they are new but they are to me and others definitely a company that actually for once deserves recognition for what they do. I’ve never been able to just call up a company and speak to an owner or employee and ask questions and get an answer then and there and express any concern and they know answers right then. They go above and beyond where as most companies would not even try to do some of the things that Indie Candy is trying to help the big 8 allergen world with.
