Our Eat Good! Gluten-Free Gourmet Getaway* is a leisure-filled weekend that proves that those with dietary restrictions can enjoy delicious, seasonal cuisine without the worry. Whether you have dietary restrictions or are traveling with a friend or loved one, our resident chef and on-site nutritionist will ensure delicious meals and culinary adventures.
*Only gluten-free products will be used throughout the weekend, but it is not intended for those with severe food allergies, as Good Commons is not an exclusively gluten-free facility.

Thursday, July 15
- 6:30 Pick-up in NYC on the Good bus: Gourmet sack dinner provided by our resident chef.
- Arrival at Good Commons where you are welcome to go straight to your cozy room or have a dip in the jacuzzi
Friday, July 16
- Hearty breakfast
- Opening Circle
- 1-hr Group workshop with nutritionist
- Lunch
- Afternoon excursion
- Free time
- Dinner
- Dessert demo
Saturday, July 17
- Continental breakfast
- Exercise class
- Picnic lunch at Echo Lake (paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, ect.)
- Free time
- Gourmet Gluten-Free 4-course dinner with guided organic/biodynamic wine pairings or ‘mocktails’
- Bon fire with gluten-free S’mores

Travel Information:
The Good bus will be leaving from 45th street between 9th and 10th at 6:30pm sharp on Thursday, July 15, 2010. The Good Bus will be leaving Good Commons Sunday at 12pm to return to the same locations in NYC.
