Jules decorates World's Largest Cake

You’ve probably heard of 1 in 133 by now! That’s the movement begun by two Twitter friends and gluten free activists, Jules Shepard & John Forberger, to encourage the FDA to finalize gluten free food labeling standards. The Gluten Free Summit was held in Washington, DC, on May 4th.

I don’t know if you’ve seen all the press about the event (and more importantly, about the ridiculous FDA delay in finalizing gluten-free labeling standards), but most of the newest press is updated here: http://1in133.org/media/.
