leek and potato soup made easy (gluten free, dairy free, egg free)

Ingredients
  • 2 leeks
  • 4 potatoes
  • g/f chicken broth
  • diced ham (optional)
  • a little rice cheese (optional)
Directions
  1. Peel and dice potatoes and leeks.
  2. Boil until soft in broth.
  3. Put in blender with broth and mix be carefully.
  4. Then you have a great soup and you can add ham and cheese if you would like.
