Venison Stroganoff -gluten free

Servings: 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 pound venison meat (any cut) cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes.
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 rounded Tbls. rice flour (or any gluten free flour)
  • 1 can Progresso French Onion soup
  • 4 rounded Tbls. plain yogurt.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. sugar
Directions
  1. In medium sauce pan put in oil.
  2. Next add cubed meat. Then sprinkle flour flour around on top of meat Turn heat on high. stir meat and flour around coating meat. Lightly brown meat.
  3. Add soup. Cover and simmer(stir occasionally)
  4. Last 15 minutes add yogurt and sugar.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes or gluten free noodles.
