Venison Stroganoff -gluten free

Ingredients
- 1 pound venison meat (any cut) cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes.
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 rounded Tbls. rice flour (or any gluten free flour)
- 1 can Progresso French Onion soup
- 4 rounded Tbls. plain yogurt.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions
- In medium sauce pan put in oil.
- Next add cubed meat. Then sprinkle flour flour around on top of meat Turn heat on high. stir meat and flour around coating meat. Lightly brown meat.
- Add soup. Cover and simmer(stir occasionally)
- Last 15 minutes add yogurt and sugar.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or gluten free noodles.
