Tropical Marinade

Enough for 2 lbs of meat/chicken. Best to marinade meat/chicken/veggies in fridge for at least 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup GF pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon GF cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour over meat/chicken/veggies of choice Grill over medium to medium high 5 mins. on each side or until done.
