Simple Enchiladas (gluten free)

Servings: 6 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • onion or flakes
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • oil
  • enchilada sauce
  • olives
  • shredded cheese - c heddar and jack
Directions
  1. Brown hamburger with onion
  2. place tortillas in hot oil for 5-10 seconds per side
  3. dip tortilla into enchilada sauce and lay 6 in a layer on bottom of 10x13 dish
  4. add a layer of hamburger a layer of olives and a layer of both cheeses repeat all
  5. cover with foil and melt cheese in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes
