Simple Enchiladas (gluten free)

Servings: 6 cups
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- onion or flakes
- 12 corn tortillas
- oil
- enchilada sauce
- olives
- shredded cheese - c heddar and jack
Directions
- Brown hamburger with onion
- place tortillas in hot oil for 5-10 seconds per side
- dip tortilla into enchilada sauce and lay 6 in a layer on bottom of 10x13 dish
- add a layer of hamburger a layer of olives and a layer of both cheeses repeat all
- cover with foil and melt cheese in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes
