Rosemary marinade

Enough for 4 pounds of beef/chicken/pork/veggies or any combo.

Servings: 1 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or tsp dried
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1/2 cup E Virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Marinade itself can be stored in fridge up to 3 days.
  • For meat- Add meat/veggies. Marinate for 20 minutes or more.
  • Grill medium to med high for 5 each side or until done.
  • Enough for 4 lbs.
