Rosemary marinade

Enough for 4 pounds of beef/chicken/pork/veggies or any combo.

Servings: 1 cups
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or tsp dried
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1/2 cup E Virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
- Marinade itself can be stored in fridge up to 3 days.
- For meat- Add meat/veggies. Marinate for 20 minutes or more.
- Grill medium to med high for 5 each side or until done.
- Enough for 4 lbs.
