Pork Rub

One of my favorite rubs and oh so simple too! Note:If grilling porkchops cook time may be shorter.

Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork loin or 4-6 boneless chops
- 2 tsp Salt (seasalt use less)
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- Tbls fresh /tsp dried thyme
- 2-3 Tbls olive oil
Directions
- Trim any fat and silver membrane off pork.
- In a baking dish rub salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil all over the pork. Cover with plastic wrap or foil & marinade in fridge for 30 mins.
- Grill 15- 20 mins or until nolonger pink in the middle- over meduim- medi um high heat or 4-6 inches from coals. Turn halfway through cooking.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 mins. Enjoy.
