Pork Rub

One of my favorite rubs and oh so simple too! Note:If grilling porkchops cook time may be shorter.

Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Pork loin or 4-6 boneless chops
  • 2 tsp Salt (seasalt use less)
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • Tbls fresh /tsp dried thyme
  • 2-3 Tbls olive oil
Directions
  1. Trim any fat and silver membrane off pork.
  2. In a baking dish rub salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil all over the pork. Cover with plastic wrap or foil & marinade in fridge for 30 mins.
  3. Grill 15- 20 mins or until nolonger pink in the middle- over meduim- medi um high heat or 4-6 inches from coals. Turn halfway through cooking.
  4. Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 mins. Enjoy.
