Lisa’s Garlic Alfredo Sauce (Gluten free, egg free)

Ingredients
- ½ pint heavy cream
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic or ¼ powder
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 to 1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
- Melt butter over low heat. Add cream slowly, stirring constantly. Add garlic. Continue to cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Boil 1-2 min.
- Add cheese half a cup at a time.
- Continue to stir. Reduce to low heat until thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Serve over your favorite pasta.
