Lisa’s Garlic Alfredo Sauce (Gluten free, egg free)

Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • ½ pint heavy cream
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic or ¼ powder
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/2 to 1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Melt butter over low heat. Add cream slowly, stirring constantly. Add garlic. Continue to cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Boil 1-2 min.
  2. Add cheese half a cup at a time.
  3. Continue to stir. Reduce to low heat until thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Serve over your favorite pasta.
