Grilled Chicken Salad (gluten free, dairy free, egg free)

A simple take on a classic favorite. This simple recipe tastes great and is very easy to make! Who says eating healthy can't taste great too? The ingredient list does not specify amounts. Ingredients
- Organic Spring Mix Salad Greens
- Celery
- Cucumber
- Broccoli
- Tomato
- Red Onion
- Jicama
- Black Olives
- Grilled Chicken (approx 1 breast per serving)
- Balsamic Dressing
Directions
- Season chicken with Mrs. Dash "Table Seasoning"
- Grill chicken over medium high, direct heat for 15-20 minutes. Cook until done (no pink inside).
- Chop raw veggies into bite size pieces.
- Toss raw veggies with organic spring mix salad greens.
- Top with grilled chicken.
- Drizzle with balsamic dressing (or any gluten free dressing).
