GF/CF Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 small can GF/CF tomato paste
- pinch minced onion
- pinch minced garlic
- 30 ounces GF/CF tomato sauce
- 1 package DeBoles GF rice lasagna noodles
- 1 package shelf stable silkin soft tofu
- 1 tablespoon Galaxy International GF/CF soy “parmesan”
- 1 bantam sized chicken egg
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons GF/CF Follow Your Heart or Daiya vegan soy mozzarella (check for casein)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown ½ lb hamburger in skillet
- When browned, add small can of GF/CF tomato paste & pinch minced onions/minced garlic
- In 9x 12, add small amount of tomato sauce (you will need 30 oz of gf/cf sauce)
- Place 3 deBoles GF rice lasagna noodles over the sauce
- Place hamburger mixture over these noodles
- Place 3 more noodles over hamburger mixture
- Mix 1 package shelf stable silkin soft tofu with 1 tbsp Galaxy International GF/CF soy “parmesean” and 1 bantam sized chicken egg
- Place this over the noodles
- Place 3 more noodles & add tomato sauce on top, and again.
- Add the rest of the sauce, ½ cup of GF/CF Follow Your Heart or Daiya vegan soy mozerella (careful, many contain casein), & 2 tbsp
- Cover with aluminum foil & bake about 1 hr or until done
