Ingredients
- 2 cups White Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Tbsp. Sea Salt, Tbsp. Mrs. Dash table blend, Deep Fryer, Vegetable Oil, fresh fish.
- 2 cups Millet Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Table Blend
- Fresh Fish
- Deep Fryer
- Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Mix Rice flour, Millet flour, sea salt and Mrs. Dash in a large mixing bowl with a lid.
- Shake until mixed together.
- Place a couple of pieces of fish at a time in the bowl,
- cover and shake until fish is covered with batter.
- Preheat Deep Fryer at Fish setting.
- When fryer is ready place a couple of pieces of fish in at a time and fry until golden brown.
