Fried Fish (gluten free, egg free, dairy free)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups White Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Tbsp. Sea Salt, Tbsp. Mrs. Dash table blend, Deep Fryer, Vegetable Oil, fresh fish.
  • 2 cups Millet Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Table Blend
  • Fresh Fish
  • Deep Fryer
  • Vegetable Oil
Directions
  1. Mix Rice flour, Millet flour, sea salt and Mrs. Dash in a large mixing bowl with a lid.
  2. Shake until mixed together.
  3. Place a couple of pieces of fish at a time in the bowl,
  4. cover and shake until fish is covered with batter.
  5. Preheat Deep Fryer at Fish setting.
  6. When fryer is ready place a couple of pieces of fish in at a time and fry until golden brown.
