Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked spinach, drained and patted dry
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
- Add all other ingredients to eggs and mix well.
- Pour mixture into greased 9 inch quiche baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
