Easy Buritto Bake

Fast...easy...delicious. Fast cleanup with little mess. My husband's favorite.

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup gluten free Bisquick
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lb lean hamburger - cooked and drained
- 1-2 cups salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese (more or less to your liking)
- Can add other favorites such as green chili's, olives etc.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375'
- Mix beans, Bisquick and water and spread in a 9X12 pan (I spray pan with Pam)
- Brown 1 lb lean ground beef and drain well.
- Mix with 1-2 cups salsa (more or less as you like).
- Spread on top of the crust mixture
- Bake @ 375' for 15 minutes Spread with shredded cheese (I like the Mexican or Pizza blend cheese - you know the easy, pre shredded kind...lol))
- Put back in oven for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. We serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.
- Can add sour cream, more salsa, cheese, corn chips, olives or any of your other favorite Mexican food toppings. YUMMY!!!!!
