Rice Chexie Treats (gluten free, egg free)

Do you miss having those delicious Rice Krispie Treats - Well let me tell you Rice Chexie Treats are just as good if not better ! YUM

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of Butter / Or Margarine
- 1 bag of Mini Marshmallows double check ingredietns for GF
- 1 teaspoon of GF Vanilla extract
- 6 cups of Rice Chex
Directions
- In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- I like to slightly smash the Chex but you dont have to. Add Rice Chex (or any of the new GF Chex Cereals) to the marshmallow butter mixture. Stir until well coated Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. ENJOY
When do you add the vanilla?
Also idea from Julie Hardman Varga: use the cocoa pebbles for "rice krispie" treats and add some coconut they taste like somoas - girlscout cookies! YUMMY!!!!
