Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

My grandma with celiac disease made these for us all the time. Now that I have discovered my gluten sensitivity they are my favorite cookie. I love them!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Corn Syrup (I use Karo)
  • 2 Cups Peanut Butter
  • 4 Cups Gluten Free Corn Flakes (I use Nature's Path Honey'd Corn Flakes)
Directions
  1. Measure all ingredients ahead of time.
  2. Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Let them boil for a minute or until sugar is melted and evenly mixed.
  3. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stir until smooth. Add Corn Flakes.
  4. When mixture is even (don't wait too long!), drop by spoonful on wax paper. Enjoy!
