Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

My grandma with celiac disease made these for us all the time. Now that I have discovered my gluten sensitivity they are my favorite cookie. I love them!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Corn Syrup (I use Karo)
- 2 Cups Peanut Butter
- 4 Cups Gluten Free Corn Flakes (I use Nature's Path Honey'd Corn Flakes)
Directions
- Measure all ingredients ahead of time.
- Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Let them boil for a minute or until sugar is melted and evenly mixed.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stir until smooth. Add Corn Flakes.
- When mixture is even (don't wait too long!), drop by spoonful on wax paper. Enjoy!
