Frozen Fruit Pops

A refreshingly fruity treat for the whole family. Use any fruit you like in approximately these amounts.

Servings: 30 servings

    Simple Syrup

    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup water

    Pops

    • 1 16-ounce package frozen strawberries
    • 1 10-ounce package of any frozen berries
    • 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
    • 2 bananas, sliced
    • 1 17-ounce can apricot halves, drained and chopped
    Directions
    1. Boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Cool.
    2. Thaw berries until mushy. Mash with bananas.
    3. Combine all fruits with syrup.
    4. Pour into muffin tins lined with cupcake papers or 5 ounce drinking cups.
    5. Freeze. Add popsicle sticks if desired after pops are partially frozen (about 30-45 minutes)
    6. Makes 25-30 pops.
