Frozen Fruit Pops

A refreshingly fruity treat for the whole family. Use any fruit you like in approximately these amounts.

Servings: 30 servings
Simple Syrup- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Pops- 1 16-ounce package frozen strawberries
- 1 10-ounce package of any frozen berries
- 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 17-ounce can apricot halves, drained and chopped

Directions
- Boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Cool.
- Thaw berries until mushy. Mash with bananas.
- Combine all fruits with syrup.
- Pour into muffin tins lined with cupcake papers or 5 ounce drinking cups.
- Freeze. Add popsicle sticks if desired after pops are partially frozen (about 30-45 minutes)
- Makes 25-30 pops.
