CS's Yummiest Chocolate Cake

This is the best cake EVER! it is gooey and rich. One of these small cakes will serve 10 folks, even chocolate lovers.

Ingredients
- 14 oz Chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 pinches Kosher salt
Directions
- Melt 14 oz GF choc chips in the microwave for a minute or so, add a stick of butter and nuke again for a minute.
- In a separate bowl whisk 3 eggs til smooth.
- Put 2/3 c sugar into choc and a tsp of vanilla. Whisk in the eggs until well blended.
- I put parchment paper into a 9" round cake pan, but you could spray it as well. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle 2 pinches of kosher salt on top.
- Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Hi Pat. Unless you can do a screen shot and print that, there's not a perfect way to print with this particular recipe program. You can just push print and it will print out several pages and the recipe will be on one of them. On my mac, I can save it as a PDF and then print that, which works great! We are working on developing a new recipe site that has great print capabilities. All of these recipes will be on it. Shouldn't be too much longer until that's ready. ~nancy
