Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 32 oz of Almond milk
- 13.5 oz. can of Goya coconut milk
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions
- Pour the Almond milk in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add the rice, salt and sugar and stir constantly until mixture come to a slow boil.
- Add coconut milk and continue to stir until thickened.
- Once thickened, pour in individual containers, add a dash of cinnamon and chill.
