Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of rice
  • 32 oz of Almond milk
  • 13.5 oz. can of Goya coconut milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon
Directions
  1. Pour the Almond milk in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the rice, salt and sugar and stir constantly until mixture come to a slow boil.
  3. Add coconut milk and continue to stir until thickened.
  4. Once thickened, pour in individual containers, add a dash of cinnamon and chill.
