Chocolate Cloud - 3 Layer Dessert (gluten free)

This has been a simple family comfort food favorite for almost 3 generations. A slight crust adjustment makes it gloriously gluten free.

Ingredients
Crust:- 1 box Kinnikinnick S'morables Grahm Style Crackers
- 1/2 cup Butter
Filling:- 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 containers Cool Whip Small
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 6 oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 4 oz Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 containers Cool Whip Small
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 6 oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 4 oz Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
Directions
- Make crust:
- Melt butter at bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- Pat down crushed S'morables (save a small amount for decoration on the top)
- Bake 15 minutes at 350.
- Make Filling:
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and ½ cool whip and spread on crust.
- Mix puddings and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with a few crushed S'morables, if desired.
- Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
