Chocolate Cloud - 3 Layer Dessert (gluten free)

This has been a simple family comfort food favorite for almost 3 generations. A slight crust adjustment makes it gloriously gluten free.

Ingredients

    Crust:

    • 1 box Kinnikinnick S'morables Grahm Style Crackers
    • 1/2 cup Butter

    Filling:

    • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
    • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
    • 3 containers Cool Whip Small
    • 2 1/2 cups Milk
    • 6 oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
    • 4 oz Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
    Directions
    • Make crust:
    1. Melt butter at bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
    2. Pat down crushed S'morables (save a small amount for decoration on the top)
    3. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
    • Make Filling:
    1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and ½ cool whip and spread on crust.
    2. Mix puddings and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer.
    3. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
    4. Sprinkle with a few crushed S'morables, if desired.
    5. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
