Apple Cake

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons molasses
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs or 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/3 cup milk (I used coconut)
- 4 baking apples (sliced or diced)
- 1/2 Tablespoon xanthum gum
- cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to taste
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 F
- Mix together everything but the apples.
- Put the apples in and coat with the batter.
- Pour into a cake pan.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- If desired take out and top with a sugar oil mixture to make a crispy top. put back in for 10-15 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean
