Yum! Best Pancakes Ever!!!
By: Liah Villarreal
I had been making Blender Wheat Pancakes for years and now I'm making them Gluten Free by using GF Steel Cut Oats! You can substitute 1- 1/2 cups of GF Rolled or Quick Cooking Oats for the Steel Cut Oats. I've also used McCann's brand with the same success. Try them--you'll love them!
