Breakfast Casserole (gluten free)

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 6 slices of GF bread (Udi, Whole Foods)
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (Kraft)
- 1 pound mild sausage GF (Jimmy Deans)
Directions
- Brown sausage; cool.
- Beat eggs add milk, salt & pepper. Beat again.
- Tear bread into bite size pieces. Add to egg mixture & stir. Add cheese and sausage.
- Stir and put in 1 qt. Pam sprayed baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min to an hour until brown around the edges.
