Baked French Toast (gluten free)

I think I got this from allrecipes.com, then just used GF ingredients to adapt it.

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 14 slices GF bread of your choice
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon tsp cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Butter a 9x13 baking dish. Split the buns and cover the bottom of dish, or layer bread two layers thick.
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, half & half, vanilla, & cinnamon.
- Pour over bread, cover, & refrigerate over night.
- In the morning, preheat oven to 350.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, & syrup until bubbling. Pour over top & bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes. or so.
Recipe problem:
-no vanilla or cinnamon listed in the ingredients, but it is in the instructions.
-brown sugar and maple syrup listed twice each in the ingredient list but only once in the directions.
