Quick Parmesan Drop Biscuits (gluten free, can be dairy free)

These are quick and delicious and similar to Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits. No one will guess they're gluten free. They will be golden brown and crispy and cheesy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. There is whole egg powder in the Kinni-Kwik Bread and Roll mix.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Kinnikinnick Kinni-Kwik Bread and Bun Mix
  • 2 cups Milk or Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Combine Roll Mix, Liquid, and Garlic Salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir with a large fork until lumps are gone.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of dough about 2" in diameter and roll into parmesan cheese until coated
  5. Place onto greased baking sheet about 2" apart
  6. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Makes 12-15 biscuits.
