Gluten Free Nut/Seed Bread

This is a moist, dense bread that's great for anytime. Put in any type of nuts or seeds that you like.
Details

    Wet Ingredients

    • 1 cup warm lowfat milk + 1 Tablespoon
    • 3 tablespoons Butter room temperature
    • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
    • 1 Egg
    • 3/4 teaspoon Cider Vinegar

    Dry Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
    • 1 1/3 cups Brown Rice Flour
    • 3/4 cup Cornstarch
    • 3/4 cup Potato Starch
    • 1/3 cup Tapioca Flour
    • 1/3 cup Amaranth Flour
    • 1/2 cup Chopped seeds or nuts
    • 2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
    • 1 teaspoon Gelatin
    • 2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast
    Directions
    1. Combine wet ingredients in the bowl of your mixer
    2. Separately combine dry ingredients
    3. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix on low until well mixed then on high for 3 minutes
    4. Spoon into bread pan
    5. Allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size
    6. Bake at 400 for 50-55 minutes
