Gluten Free Nut/Seed Bread

This is a moist, dense bread that's great for anytime. Put in any type of nuts or seeds that you like.
Details
Wet Ingredients- 1 cup warm lowfat milk + 1 Tablespoon
- 3 tablespoons Butter room temperature
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 teaspoon Cider Vinegar
Dry Ingredients- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/3 cups Brown Rice Flour
- 3/4 cup Cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Potato Starch
- 1/3 cup Tapioca Flour
- 1/3 cup Amaranth Flour
- 1/2 cup Chopped seeds or nuts
- 2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin
- 2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/3 cups Brown Rice Flour
- 3/4 cup Cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Potato Starch
- 1/3 cup Tapioca Flour
- 1/3 cup Amaranth Flour
- 1/2 cup Chopped seeds or nuts
- 2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin
- 2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast
Directions
- Combine wet ingredients in the bowl of your mixer
- Separately combine dry ingredients
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix on low until well mixed then on high for 3 minutes
- Spoon into bread pan
- Allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in size
- Bake at 400 for 50-55 minutes
