This is what I have been talking about! All the gluten-free bread I have tasted has been very dry and costs a small fortune. Is it really cheaper to make your own? I have a bread machine so that's out of the equation.
Do you have a recipe that doesn't include using a brad machine?
Has anyone ever tried just mixing in the bread in the bread machine and then baking the conventional way? That is how I used to make regular gluten bread, but have been afraid to try the GF recipes that way. Thanks
http://glutenfreeville.com/recipes There are many non-machine bread recipes here. You can make any of them in a machine or without a machine. Just mix all ingredients in a mixer and let it rise once. (I'm not so much a bread-baking expert, but I've read that GF bread should only rise once and my bread machine's GF setting has one rise cycle)
What Bread Machine did you use to make this? I have a Zo but was thinking of using my programmable settings to make this.
The best gluten free bread I have ever made. My breads either don't turn out at all or just turn out soggy and inedible. Thanks for the recipe I will us it a lot.
Any directions on how to make this without a bread machine?
