GF banana peanut butter muffins/bread

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Canola oil
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose GF flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3-4 mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chip (morsels)
- 1/2 cup GF peanut butter
Directions
- mix all wet , then add dry
- fill muffin tins or loaf pan
- 350° : 35-40 minutes for large muffins 6 count, less for smaller muffins 12 count, 1 hour for loaf pan
These muffins are terrific! We just made them and gobbled them up for breakfast. We did not use peanut butter chips (b/c we didn't have any), but even if we have them when we make them again, I don't think we will add them. They were just so good. Thanks for sharing!
These do look great but my kids have to stay off of peanut butter as well. I might try them almond butter. Thanks for the recipe!
