Easy Oat Bread

I adapted this recipe from the blendtec oat bread recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (I used oat milk)
- 1/3 cup oil (coconut is best)
- 1 banana ** or 1/4 cup applesauce** or 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup Gluten Free oats
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup all purpose gf bakinng flour
- 1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
- 2.5 tsp xanthan gum
- 3 tsp tapioca flour
- 1 tbs molasses
- *vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice to taste*
- **add 2 tbs apple cider vinegar if no eggs
- add raisins and walnuts if desired and i added orange zest one time and it gives it a nice note
Directions
- combine all ingredients together
- bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
- my test for gf bread is to press on the top of the loaf and if it moves it needs more time
