Mulled Non-Wine

Ingredients
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 1 orange, quartered
  • 2 quarts Cran-apple juice or apple cider.
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bag chamomile tea
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
Directions
  1. Zest orange , then quarter.
  2. Insert 3 cloves into skin of each orange quarter.
  3. Place orange quarters, juice and cinnamon sticks in large saucepan, and heat until steaming, but not boiling.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let steam 30 minutes.
  5. Steep tea in 1 cup boiling water 5 minutes.
  6. Remove tea bag, and stir tea into juice mixture. Serve in cups, garnished with orange slices pierced with cloves.
