Hot Buttered Rum Batter Gluten Free

Combined a few different recipes and made it gluten free. Great for the cold winter nights.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon ground numeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a mixer or food processor until smooth.
- Pour into air tight container and place in freezer.
- To make a drink: Add a shot of rum with 2-3 tbls of batter to a mug of very hot water. Serve in Irish coffee cup.
