Hot Buttered Rum Batter Gluten Free

Combined a few different recipes and made it gluten free. Great for the cold winter nights.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground numeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a mixer or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into air tight container and place in freezer.
  3. To make a drink: Add a shot of rum with 2-3 tbls of batter to a mug of very hot water. Serve in Irish coffee cup.
