Layered Pizza Dip (gluten free)

Since I cannot eat regular pizza this satisfies my craving and is something I can take to parties everyone loves and I can eat!

Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz package of soft cream cheese with chives
  • 1/2 cup chunky pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350*.
  2. In ungreased 9 in pie pan or 1 to 1&1/2 qt baking dish, layer all ingredients in the order listed.
  3. Bake at 350* for 10 to 15 mins or until cheese is melted and dip is hot.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite gluten free chips or crackers!

    Yes, I do make pizza a lot. Kinnikinik makes a great crust already made in frozen section as well as Chebe mixes. I also will sometimes buy Amys and doctor them up myself. I just thought this was awesome to take to parties & for a quick pizza :) yum!

    Annna - I use Gluten Free English muffins cut in half - baked or nuked with the normal pizza toppings. It has a GREAT crunch and satifies my pizza cravings

    I make this dish all the time! Green onions are also great to sprinkle on top. Goes great with Fritos or any corn chip!
