Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

By: CS Priddy

Double coat these to contain the cheese inside and keep from oozing. I make a bunch at a time and keep them by the dozen in freezer storage bags. Get Chebe mixes on Chebe.com or see their store locator there for a store near you.

Roy, I use the Italian spiced Focaccia Chebe, and I add more Italian spices. The package is white, green and red. Sorry I didn't specify that earlier. Enjoy!

Where do I find Chebe flour at? My so would so dig this. He has been asking for these since we went gluten free.

How do you fry these? What kind of oil?

http://www.chebe.com/ She uses the Chebe Focaccia Mix found on the Chebe website or use their store locator to find it near you. Probably any gluten free bread mix would give similar results, but add some Italian seasonings in the dough to get the same flavorings as the recipe author achieved.

When you say "Chebe flour" in your recipe, is it the All purpose bread mix that you used? I don't see plain flour in their product offering.

    Thank you.
