Chex Mix (gluten free, dairy free, egg free)

These are gluten free and dairy free.

Ingredients
  • 4 tbs vegan butter (I use Earth Balance)
  • 1 1/2 tbs GF Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt (yes, this is GF)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3 cups General Mills Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups General Mills Corn Chex cereal
  • 1 cup nuts
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan in the oven.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix together.
  4. Add the rice chex, corn chex and nuts and mix all together.
  5. Put pan back into the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in a sealed container.

    Thank you for the recipe. It made me realize I could make rice-crispy treats using rice chex instead!

    Add in GF pretzels by Glutino!! Sounds great
