Chex Mix (gluten free, dairy free, egg free)

Ingredients
- 4 tbs vegan butter (I use Earth Balance)
- 1 1/2 tbs GF Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt (yes, this is GF)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 3 cups General Mills Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups General Mills Corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan in the oven.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix together.
- Add the rice chex, corn chex and nuts and mix all together.
- Put pan back into the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in a sealed container.
Thank you for the recipe. It made me realize I could make rice-crispy treats using rice chex instead!
I was just curious what type nuts/nut mix you used in recipe?
FYI- Lea & Perrins Worcestershire is Gluten Free. (http://www.leaperrins.com/products/the-original-worcestershire-sauce.aspx)
Add in GF pretzels by Glutino!! Sounds great
