Gluten Free life just got easier thanks to Rudi’s Gluten Free. As if their great breads, pizza crust and buns weren’t enough, they’ve now added some fabulous tortillas to their gluten free line-up.
The three delicious flavors of soft, yet sturdy, tortillas began showing up on store shelves last month. I searched my whole area at the beginning of May to no avail, so I was pretty excited when Rudi’s sent them for me to try out. Just yesterday I saw a tag in my local Safeway’s freezer for them that said, “Coming Soon.” Yes!
Not a fan of the larger brown rice tortillas, our go-to solution has historically been corn tortillas. They are tasty and basically get the job done if you just want a taco that you can eat quickly before it falls apart.
The new Rudi’s tortillas are large and pliable enough for a burrito or even a sandwich wrap, and all three flavors taste great. Here are the details of each one, beginning with my favorite first.

Who sells these near Wakefield, MA?
I have been looking for gf tortillas for a long time. I use rather small gf corn tortillas for my husband’s burritos. I have to make them flat in a cassserole as the corn tortillas crack open if I try to roll them.
We would be very excited to be able to find and use your new tortilla products.
Are gluten free pita pockets next?
I’m glad you posted the ingredients. I would love to try these but i can not due to the Active dry yeast that’s in it.
