Gluten Free people get very passionate and opinionated about their favorite brand of GF pasta and I’m no different! I’ve tried just about everything out there, and you can’t sway me – Tinkyada is the best!

Corn pastas are so starchy that I end up rinsing away as much pasta as I keep. Quinoa pastas are mushy and taste strange. Tinkyada Rice pastas are just right.

I’m half Italian, my mother is full Italian. Pasta is a large part of family life for us. At each pasta meal, we used to make “real” pasta and then gluten free pasta for one family member. When we found Tinkyada that all changed. We all love these pastas. Worthy of company, and they won’t even suspect that they are eating gluten free. Makes our Italian Christmas Lasagna taste perfect, and scrumptious giant stuffed shells are super easy.

Slightly undercook this pasta to get the best result. Al dente – firm and tasty! Keep some in the pantry at all times for a quick casserole, sauce or pasta salad (a great school or work lunch option!)
