English Muffins
Third stop on my journey through Joan’s GF Great Bakes: One of Joan’s bestseller’s – her English Muffins. No need to question this phenomenon! They definitely give Thomas’ a run for their money. When removed from the package, you can’t even tell the difference between this English Muffin and the ones you grew up with. The taste is equally as impressive as the appearance. They a bit lighter than traditional versions, but every bit as tasty and maybe even more so. These are definitely a no-compromise gluten free bread and these will be on my reorder list as well! Either Joan’s Bialys or her English Muffins make a perfect sandwich or hamburger roll, too!

New Ground Shipping for all of US! Shipping frozen products is never inexpensive, but Joan’s new ground shipping deal with Fed-Ex gives a more affordable option for those of us in the west. Joan’s adds on about $11 for a cooler and dry ice to keep the products from thawing and at a safe temperature, but do not take a mark-up on the Fed-Ex shipping price. You may want to order with a friend or two who can share the shipping with you.

I miss English Muffins, but not to the tune of $12 for 6! Are there any recipes out there??
Ruthie,
Thanks for writing.
How many GF products have you tasted and thrown out ? I’n my opinion, once you try Joan’s, you wont even worry about the difference in price, you will wonder why you didn’t try them before.
Joan’s products are all made by hand for her family. I’m sure that once you taste them, you will agree they are the best GF products available.
I don’t know where you live, but if you are in the NY area, please come down to the Suffolk County Celiac Vendor fair and I will personally butter an english muffin for you.
