These are only guidelines, but my research shows that corn contains different gluten structures than wheat, barley and rye, and therefore, are safe GF foods unless you have a corn intolerance. &quot;It is recommended that people with celiac disease meet with a registered dietitian who is educated in the disease and the gluten free diet.&quot;</description>
