I don’t have a recipe as of yet but I DO need to say I’m in LOVE with this bread as are my twin boys. We eat it PLAIN it’s so good.
WONDERFUL stuff to say the least. DON’T change a THING with this bread.

I take that last post back.
We made Grilled cheese/tuna melts on this bread and we thought them pretty darn good.

    Udi’s Grilled cheese/tuna melts

    2 slices Udi’s bread
    1 can Tuna
1/4 diced small onion (add to taste)
    salt
    pepper (again, add to taste)
Med,cheddar cheese slice (Not processed slices)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mix tuna, onion, salt and pepper together.
Coat fry pan with EVOO and heat.
Put sandwich together with tuna and cheese slice.
Lay sandwich in hot pan and brown on each side until cheese is melted.

Serve warm with GF chips of choice.

What the heck is a Udi?
I’m in the dark on this one.

  5. Kimberly says:

Barbara, it’s ONLY the BEST GF Bread there is. A MUST if you haven’t tried it yet. :-)

  6. Jill says:

A Square Dog sandwich! When I was Preggy with my daughter I had to have one of these a week.

One of the local places where I lived used to make it before it changed hands.

Basicly this…split your favorite hotdog or two down the middle…fry in a skillet or grill. Toast two pieces of your favorite Udi’s bread! Put the hot dogs ont the toast…top with your choice of Bacon, lettuce, tommato, chili, pickle relish, cheese (if you can), mustard, mayo,or ketchup! Yummy!!

All or any combination of these things that you like on a sandwich or hot dog!

Enjoy with your favorite GF side! Mine is UTZ chips!

    Enjoy

  7. John says:

I don’t have any pictures, but today got the taste in my mind that I wanted a patty melt.
So I got out the Udi’s Gluten Free sandwich bread, some swiss cheese, grilled some onions, cooked a hamburger patty and before I knew it I was eating the best patty melt that I have had in years.
I wouldn’t have even thought about it, but since my wife was diagnosed with celiac sprue, and we visited Colorado last year, we have fallen in love with Udi’s products.
    Keep making Great products!!

I’m late commenting on these – Kimberly, Jill and John, they ALL sound GREAT! Will be trying each one. Looking forward to the Udi’s contest voting.
